BJ's Restaurant Chula Vista, CA - On Friday, March 5th, I attempted to order (delivery) via BJ's tablet app. I could not progress beyond the order selection page. There was no option to checkout.
On Sunday, March 7th, I again attempted to order (also delivery), this time via the phone app. I was able to check out and given an approx. arrival time. (I've saved the screenshot.) When I didn't receive an email, I attempted to order again with the same results. Neither order was delivered. Called restaurant and was told they had no orders from me. (Again, I had two screenshots.) Josh, the manager, offered no concessions. Just "Too bad, so sorry". My business went elsewhere.
